Bring Your Vision to Life
The Kitchen is the true heart of a home. Our seasoned kitchen and bath designers are passionate about transforming your ideas into thoughtfully planned, livable spaces. With deep knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, materials, and finishes, our team works closely with you to design spaces that balance beauty, function, and budget.
Our Design Process:
1. Initial Consultation and In-Home Visit
We begin by discussing your vision, design style, and functional needs. During this visit, we’ll provide a complimentary ballpark estimate based on your project goals.
2. Design Retainer and Site Measure
If you choose to move forward with the ballpark estimate, BSD collects a modest design retainer. This secures your place in our custom design queue. The retainer is credited toward your total project cost upon job completion. We’ll also take precise measurements and photographs of your space at this stage.
3. Showroom and Tile Market Visits
- Tour our stunning showroom to select your cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and accessories.
- Accompany your BSD Designer to Tile Market to finalize all tile selections.
4. Concept Development
Our design team creates detailed drawings, elevations, and full-color renderings to bring your vision to life.
5. Showroom Design Presentation
We present the design concepts, finalize material samples, and perform a budget review. Any requested revisions are addressed promptly following this meeting.
6. Final Design and Approval
Finalized drawings, elevations, and renderings are presented along with your BSD contract. Upon approval, we proceed with ordering materials and scheduling the project based on the lead time for your selected cabinet line.
