Tara joined her husband Ethan and Father-in-Law Mike in the family business at BSD in 2023.
Tara retired from IBM after 25 years of service. Her background at IBM was in Consulting, helping large corporations with software selections and ERP Implementations, as well as process redesign and engineering. She then moved into the finance organization, where she held various positions. She is excited to bring that knowledge to BSD.
Tara grew up in Georgetown, DE. She went to the University of Delaware, has an MBA in Finance, and holds a certification from the American Production and Inventory Control Society! Ethan and Tara live in Rehoboth Beach and have two daughters. In their free time, they enjoy spending time in the water and sportfishing as much as possible!
